Established in 2012 as a claims bureau, which has grown significantly over the years. We evolved into a practice management company and now also provide administrative duties to medical practitioners, virtually. Our staff are trained, professional and friendly consultants who offer excellent services to our clients and their patients. We maintain a professional image, as we are present our clients. We get paid according to a percentage of what you receive for the month and not what you claimed. We understand that each client has their own specific needs and preferences, hence we accommodate our clients accordingly.

Fees / Charges
We charge a % of the total income for the month. This is calculated at the end of the month when a full recon was done. Your monthly invoice and full report is then sent to you. What makes us different?
We recognise that each client has their own specific practice needs. A consultant will be assigned specifically to your practice for all queries and claims. We have a team behind that consultant that will assist with the follow ups of your accounts, which will improve the income flow.
We submit claims in real-time, hence when a claim is rejected, it will be corrected immediately. We can also do benefit checks for your practice before you consult with outpatients, which will also improve your income.
We are mostly virtual. But we can arrange for face to face interactions as often as you prefer.
A monthly check in can be arranged. Or we arrange to which times and dates ever suits you best.
We supply a detailed month end report which provides you a full overview of your practice. You can also request this report at any time.
